As the name suggests UK Bhangra was originated by British Asians. Birmingham till date is the hub for UK Bhangra music. Artists like Juggy D, Jay Sean, Rishi Rich, Punjabi MC and Bombay Rockers have helped internationalize this form of music. |

There are various genres of trance music
Euro Trance
It is purely commercial trance and is the easiest forms of trance
Psychedelic Trance
This genre of trance came into the mainstream in the mid 90’s. A favourite in the UK it is often called psy trance. Psychedelic trance is very fast paced compared to other forms of trance.
Ambient Trance
Ambient trance gets you dreaming and is very hypnotic in nature. One will hear this sort of trance in raves and it’s a favourite amongst all the rave goers.
Progressive Trance
Also called deep trance or progressive house this genre of trance impacts your ear and your head. It involves a lot of variations and has moved into deep tribal sounds.
Hard Trance
There is a lot of bass and increased tempo in hard trance. |
