Cut the lime so you get 6 pieses and put it into the glass. Add the sugar and use a muddler to model the lime and sugar. Add crouched ice and pour the rum into the glass. Stirr well and garnish.
Pour 60 mls of a cheap Champagne into champagne flute. Set aside. Add apple juice, cream and gum to a shaker. shake for 5 seconds. Carefully pour into champagne flute. Careful it will fizz. Pour all creamy mixture in-wait if you have to. Then add more champagne until top. Often you will have to let some cream bubble over then clean glass. Fill as much as you can. Chop rasberries finely-sprinkle on top of cream. Add red straw. Should look stunning-perfect for girly gatherings.
